These mini ink sets are a special collaboration made with Kakimori, a stationery shop that crafts fountain pens, inks, notebooks, and more, all created for “people who write with joy.”
We have created a set of 12 custom-blended inks designed to match the printing colors of the 12 months in the Hobonichi Techo. Each color is packed into a small ink bottle and made into sets of six for January to June and July to December. They are just the right size to easily experiment with a variety of colors. If you use the Frost fountain pen or rollerball pen, you can refill your pen about 3 times with one bottle.
The ink is water-resistant and resistant to fading even when exposed to light, making it a wonderful choice for writing things you want to preserve for a long time, like diary entries. It’s also a perfect set for someone trying ink for the first time, or as a gift for someone special.
We recommend shaking the pigment ink well before use and cleaning your writing instrument regularly after use. We hope it becomes a cherished companion as you quietly put your thoughts into words each day.
